Quick and Easy No Bake Mango Pie

Are you an Indian and trying to impress a non-Indian family and trying to still have the same kick to your dessert.

This is the best recipe, so easy to make. You just need all the right ingredients to make this quick and easy mango pie

I made 15 mini pies, because it was easier when serving a large group of people.

But this makes one normal sized pie.

One of my college brought this to work and I just loved it. Soooo good !

Ingredients

  • Swad Ratnagiri Alphonso mango pulp – 2 cups or
    Fresh/canned Alphonso mangoes – 2 cups pulp

  • Graham cracker pie crust – 15 mini / 1 regular size

  • Condensed milk (14 oz)- 1 tin

  • Mango gelatin – 1 envelope

Directions

  • Follow the instruction on how to soften gelatin on your package. (I used one entire envelope, added to 1/2 cup hot water and let it cool for 2-3 min)
  • If using mango pulp skip this step, In a bowl/ blender, add the cut mangoes and blend into a smooth pulp. Measure out 2 cups of the pulp.
  • In a large bowl, add the mango pulp, condensed milk, and gelatin. Using a hand/immersion blender, puree until smooth.
  • Pour out the puree into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set for 2 – 4 hours. (I did overnight)
  • Serve chilled.
