I am totally amazed by this recipe ! Like totally.
Its the first time I have used Harmless Coconut Yogurt and I should say I am not even remotely disappointed.

1 Head Cauliflower, sliced lengthwise
1 cup Yogurt (used harmless harvest plain)
1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Salt (add less or more to your taste)
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 count Lime Juice
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Lime Juice
Directions
- If you would be baking the cauliflower then, preheat the oven to 450F, if grilling skip this step
- Using a large knife cut the cauliflower in half lengthwise through the center. Cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick steak from each half. (it is totally normal to have only 2-3 “steaks” and may end up with more florets pieces) and place them in a large bowl
- In a small mixing bowl, add yogurt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, salt, pepper and mix it in. To this add oil and lime juice.
- Pour the marinade over the cauliflower in the large bowl and use hands to evenly coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Oven : Place the evenly coated steaks and florets on a prepared baking sheet and cook for about 30-40 min, and flip them half way through (you can spray oil if needed)
- Grill : Let the grill temperature reach 400F, place the evenly coated steaks and florets (I highly recommend that you use a non-stick grill grid) on the grill, let cook until they are lightly brown (even a little bit charred) on all sides.
- Serve with mint chutney and lime wedge.
