Roasted Red Pepper Sauce / Dip

Red pepper – 1
Garlic – 1
Basil leaves – 5
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Directions
- Grill the red pepper on high until evenly charred (can do stove top, be careful). Once charred, add to cold water and remove the skin. Cut in half and remove the core and dice.
- In a food processor, add the pepper and remaining ingredients and blend until you get desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and server with bread/ chips.
- If using for pizza sauce, in a pan add oil and onions and sauté until soft, add the dip and cook. VOILA !!! you can thank me later !
