  • Grill
  • Red Pepper – 1

  • Tomato – 1 medium

  • Onion – 1/2 (cut whole round)

  • Jalapeño – 1

  • For Salsa
  • Garlic – 2

  • Lime – 1

  • Parsley – handful

  • Salt – To taste

  • Pepper – To taste


  • Add pepper, tomato, onion, Jalapeño on to the grill on high heat, let the pepper, tomato and jalapeño charr evenly (rotate for even charring). For the tomato make sure you grill until you see the skin peel off (not completely). For onion, until it softens.
  • If you do not have a grill, you can roast them on stove top. (be careful)
  • Once charred for easy removal, place pepper, tomato and jalapeño in cold water. Remove the skin and cut in half. Make sure you remove the core and dice.
  • In a food processor add pepper, tomato, jalapeño, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, lime and pulse 2 -3 times. Transfer into a bowl and server with chips.
